2 C Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 t Nutmeg
1 t Cinnamon
2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt

1/4 Cup Butter / Melted
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla

Fry Bread

𝟣. 
Bowl +
1.5 Cup Flour
1.5 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
Shake Red Pepper Flakes

+ 1 Cup Warm Water


𝟀. Knead until Soft (+ Flour or Water if needed)

𝟦. Divide dough into 8 rolls
𝟧. Dust + Cornmeal
𝟨. Form into 2 – 3 inch disks


𝟩. Pan, Med-high heat +
1/4 Cup Oil


πŸͺ. Fry – Puffy, Golden brown on bottoms
𝟫. Flip
𝟣𝟒. Cook – Golden

Sticky Cinnamon Pecan Rolls (Canned Dough)

*Ingredients are colored in Orange


𝟒. Oven to 350F (or as instructed on package)
𝟒. Chop Pecans


𝟣. Bowl +
1/4 Cup Butter / Softened
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Pecans / Coarsely Chopped

Divide the Mixture in the number of the cinnamon rolls in a can.
Drop divided mixture onto a Glass Baking Pan, allowing 1 – 2 inch space in between.

Separate
1 can Cinnamon Roll Dough.
Put on top of
each drop of the mixture.


𝟦. Bake until Golden brown, 15 – 25 min.


𝟧. Cool slightly.
𝟨. Flip over (+ metal spatula) and Serve (not too hot).

Banana Bread

1 Cup Butter / Melted
2 Cup Bananas / Mashed (about 3 – 4 bananas)
1.5 Cup or less Sugar


+ 4 Eggs
Splash Vanilla

2 Cup Flour / All Purpose
1 T Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt

Overnight Baked French Toast Casserole

𝟒. Prepare Bread (Tear or Dice)

8 Eggs
2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 T Vanilla
Optional Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Salt


+ 1 loaf worthΒ Bread / small pieces

𝟧. Set Casserole dish at room temperature
