𝟣. Pan, Med-low heat +
1/2 Cup Cranberries / Fresh
3/4 Cup Sugar
2.5 T Water
Optional 2 t Orange Rind
→ 8 – 10 min. Stir – Berries Just Pop


𝟤. Med-high heat +
1 T Grand Manier or Orange Juice
→ 8 min. – begin to Thicken


𝟥. Remove from heat
+ 1/2 Cup Cranberries

1 Cup Raw Nuts (Pasteurized if Almonds)
3 Cup Water
→ Let Stand Overnight


𝟤. Drain


𝟥. Move to Processor
+ 1 t Agave
2.5 Cup Water
→ 3 min. – Very Smooth


𝟦. Bowl + Strainer + 2 Layers Cheesecloth
𝟧. Pour Mixture through.
𝟨. Reserve Solids for another use.


𝟩. Refrigerate up to 1 week.

12 oz Beer / Room Temp.
→ Combine – Moistened

‘Mock’ Caribbean Callaloo Soup (with Spinach)

2 Garlic / Minced

2/3 Cup Chicken Stock
1 can Coconut Milk

Dash West Indie Hot Sauce
Optional Chopped Seafood / Shrimp, Conch, White Fish


𝟥. Simmer 20 min.


𝟦. Blender +
1/2 Soup
→ Smooth


𝟧. Return to Pot

Caribbean Black Bean Soup

*Ingredients are colored in Orange

𝟣. Big Pot, Medium heat +
4 – 6 Bacon or Bacon dripping
→ Take out and Chop

+ More Oil
4 Garlic / Minced
1 Onion / Chopped
1 handful Carrots / Sliced
2 – 3 stalks Celery
Couple shakes Red Pepper Flakes
→ Veggies are soft and Onion is translucent

+ Optional Chopped Bacon
4  cans Black Beans
2 cans Diced Tomatoes
2 Chicken or Vegetable Bouillon Cubes (or Drain Black beans and Use 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock)
1 Bay Leaf
→ Boil and simmer 20 min.

Blender + Half of soup
Put back in the pot

Black Bean Dip

1/2 Onion / Diced
→ Translucent

1 T Cumin
2 T Burrito / Taco Seasoning
→ 2 min.

2 T Salsa
