Nut Milk

*Ingredients are colored in Orange


𝟣. Bowl +
1 Cup Raw Nuts (Pasteurized if Almonds)
3 Cup Water
→ Let Stand Overnight


𝟤. Drain


𝟥. Move to Processor
+ 1 t Agave
2.5 Cup Water
→ 3 min. – Very Smooth


𝟦. Bowl + Strainer + 2 Layers Cheesecloth
𝟧. Pour Mixture through.
𝟨. Reserve Solids for another use.


𝟩. Refrigerate up to 1 week.

Sweet and Fragrant Thyme Muffins

𝟢. Melt Butter
𝟢. Zest Orange
𝟢. Oven to 350 F


𝟣. Medium Bowl +
2 1/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 T Baking Powder
1 1/4 t Salt


𝟤. Large Bowl +
1/2 Cup Butter / Melted
1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
3 Eggs
1 1/4 Cup Milk
1 1/4 t Orange Zest


𝟥. Combine everything.
𝟦.
+ 1 1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 1/4 t Thyme Leaves


𝟧. Scoop into Muffin Tin
𝟨. Bake 20 min. – Toothpick comes out clean

Coconut Bread

*Ingredients are colored in Orange


𝟢. Grease 8 X 8 Baking Pan
𝟢. Oven to 350 F
𝟢. Melt Butter


𝟣. Big Bowl +
2 C Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 t Nutmeg
1 t Cinnamon
2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt


𝟤. Small Bowl +
1/4 Cup Butter / Melted
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla


𝟥. Combine everything.


𝟦.
+ 2 Cup Coconut Flakes


𝟧. Pour into Baking pan.
𝟨. Bake 45 min.

Island Coffee Cake

𝟢. Prepare Pineapple
𝟢. Grease Cake Pan
𝟢. Oven to 350 F


𝟣. Medium Bowl +
1/4 Cup Butter
→ Melt

+ 1 Cup Yogurt / Lemon or Pineapple
1 Egg


𝟥. Big Bowl +
2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Baking Soda
Pinch Salt


𝟦. Combine everything.


𝟧. Pour into Cake pan.
Optional Top +
3/4 Cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks / Drained


𝟨. Bake 45 min.

Super Food Granola

*Ingredients are colored in Orange


𝟢. Grease or Parchment paper Baking sheet
𝟢. Oven to 325


𝟣. Big Bowl +
3 Cups Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Shredded Coconut / Unsweetened
3/4 Cup Walnuts / Roughly Chopped
2 T Hemp Seeds
1 T Chia Seeds
1/4 t Salt


𝟤. Small Bowl +
1/2 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup O.O
1 t Vanilla


𝟥. Combine everything.
𝟦. Spread on Baking sheet.
𝟧. Bake 30 min. or until golden brown. Stir halfway through.


Optional When cooled, Sprinkle 1 Cup Dried Cherries on top
