2 Cans Guava in Syrup or Fresh Guava
→ Drain
→ Wash Excessive Heavy Syrup
→ Chop

1 Cup Cream Cheese / Softened
1 oz Rum
1 T Lime
1 T Brown Sugar
1 t Nutmeg

+ Guava


𝟦. Chill 2+ hrs.

Dressed Up Store Bought Pound Cake

𝟣. Divide 1 Store bought Pound Cake into 3 – 4 layers.


𝟤. Small Bowl +
1/2 Cup Rum or Amaretto
1 Jar Orange Marmalade


𝟥. Slice 2 Bananas


𝟦. BUILD:
1 layer Cake
Rum Mixture
Banana Slices
Whipped Cream
→ Repeat


𝟧. Chill until ready to serve.

𝟢. Oven to 350 F
𝟢. Melt Butter

2 C Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 t Nutmeg
1 t Cinnamon
2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt

1/4 Cup Butter / Melted
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla


𝟥. Combine everything.

+ 2 Cup Coconut Flakes
