Greek HoneyBun Cake

*Ingredients are colored in Orange


𝟒. 350 F (325F if Dark or Nonstick Pan)
𝟒. 13 X 9 inch Baking Pan
+ Grease
+ Dust Flour


CAKE:

𝟣. Big Bowl +
1 box Yellow Cake Mix
2/3 C Oil
4 Eggs
8 oz Sour Cream
β†’ Whip on Low speed, 30 sec.
β†’ Med speed, 2 min.

𝟀. Pour Half of it into Bakingn Pan.


πŸ₯. Small Bowl +
1 C Brown Sugar
2 Β t Cinnamon
Optional 1/3 Cup Almonds / Chopped

𝟦. Carefully Pour into Baking Pan


𝟧. Carefully pour the rest of Cake Mixture into Baking Pan.
𝟨. Bake 44 – 48 min. – Deep Golden brown.


FROSTING:

Small Bowl +
1 C Powdered Sugar
1 T Milk
1 t Vailla


𝟩. Poke Cake with fork.
πŸͺ Spread Frosting on top.


𝟫. Cover, Refrigerate 1hr.

Sticky Cinnamon Pecan Rolls (Canned Dough)

*Ingredients are colored in Orange


𝟒. Oven to 350F (or as instructed on package)
𝟒. Chop Pecans


𝟣. Bowl +
1/4 Cup Butter / Softened
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Pecans / Coarsely Chopped


𝟀.
Divide the Mixture in the number of the cinnamon rolls in a can.
Drop divided mixture onto a Glass Baking Pan, allowing 1 – 2 inch space in between.

Separate
1 can Cinnamon Roll Dough.
Put on top of
each drop of the mixture.


𝟦. Bake until Golden brown, 15 – 25 min.


𝟧. Cool slightly.
𝟨. Flip over (+ metal spatula) and Serve (not too hot).

Cinnamon Roll Muffins

*Ingredients are colored in Orange


𝟒. Melt 6 T Butter
𝟒. Chop Pecans
𝟒. Grease Muffin tin
𝟒. Oven to 400F


𝟣. Big Bowl +
2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt


𝟀. Small Bowl +
3 T Butter / Melted
1 C Milk
1 Egg


πŸ₯. Combine all into the Big bowl


𝟦. (Same) Small Bowl  +
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1.5 Cup Pecans / Chopped
3 t Cinnamon
3 T Butter / Melted


𝟧. Pour half of Small bowl mixture into Big bowl
𝟨. Scoop into Muffin tin, 1/4 Cup each
𝟩. Top with the rest half of Small bowl mixture
πŸͺ. Bake 12 – 15 min.


OptionalΒ Vanilla Glaze
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 t and more Milk
Splash Vanilla
Stir until smooth to liking, adding more milk as needed
