Cinnamon Pecan Homemade Granola

*Ingredients are colored in Orange


𝟒. Oven to 325F
𝟒. Parchment paper or Grease Baking sheet


𝟣. Big Bowl +
4 Cup Oats
1 Cup Pecans
1/4 Cup Flax Seeds


𝟀. Small Pan, Low heat +
+ 1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Oil
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Salt
β†’ Smooth


πŸ₯. Remove pan from heat
+ 1 t Vanilla


𝟦. Combine everything in Big bowl.


𝟧. Spread evenly and press onto Baking sheet.


𝟨. Bake 30 min.
Stir halfway.


𝟩. Cool completely.

Apple Sauce Homemade Granola

*Ingredients are colored in Orange


𝟒. Oven to 325F
𝟒. Grease Baking sheet


𝟣. Small Bowl +
1/4 Cup Apple Sauce
1/4 Cup Agave / Honey
1 T Coconut Oil / Butter
1/2 t Vanilla


𝟀. Big Bowl +
3/4 Cup WalnutsΒ / Chopped
1.5 Cup Oats
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Salt


πŸ₯. Combine everything in Big bowl.


𝟦. Spread evenly and Press on Baking sheet.

Bake 24 – 30 min. or Bottom starts to brown.
Stir halfway.

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

𝟒. Line 8 inch Square Baking pan + Parchment paper


𝟣. Big Bowl  +
1/4 Cup + 3 T Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup + 3 T Maple Syrup / Honey or Agave
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 t Vanilla


𝟀. Medium Bowl +
2 Cup Quick Oats
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 t Salt


πŸ₯. Combine everything in Big bowl.


𝟦. Pour into the Lined Baking pan.
𝟧. Press, Pack it down throughly.


𝟨. Freeze until hard enough to cut.

Super Food Granola

3 Cups Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Shredded Coconut / Unsweetened
3/4 Cup Walnuts / Roughly Chopped
2 T Hemp Seeds
1 T Chia Seeds
1/4 t Salt

1/2 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup O.O
1 t Vanilla

Banana Crunch Muffins

𝟒. Melt Butter
𝟒. Mash and Dice Bananas
𝟒. Grease Muffin tin


𝟣. Big Bowl +
1.5 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Baking Soda


𝟀. Medium Bowl +
1/2 Cup Butter / Melted
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Milk
1 t Vanilla
1 Banana / Ripe and Mashed
